The story

A thriving real estate business requires insightful market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and an unselfish commitment to serve clients. Design prowess doesn’t hurt either.

It’s not easy to become an established real estate brand with its own aesthetic. After surveying the realty market, I created a high-class brand for Gatekey Group with the rich color palette of navy, burgundy, light sky, and bright sea. These colors were contrasted against gold text set in Periódico by Eduardo Manso at Emtype, and Tabac Sans by Tomáš Brousil at Suitcase Type Foundry. Kevin Cantrell created the logo and monogram lockups to ensure the brand opens all the right doors with an unforgettable first impression.
